Synopsis: The story takes place in the 1930s of Shanghai. An intriguing crime was committed in the midst of the bustling city. Qin Xiaoman (You Jing Ru), a pretty young lady who just graduated from the Police Academy, joins the investigation team. The famous detective Luo Fei(Bai Yu) becomes her colleague, who also happens to live next door.
